1. General Terms

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ak10.app, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet on the ak10 platform, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published by ak10 from time to time. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ak10 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.

1.2 Amendments to Terms

ak10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on ak10.app. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

1.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, game result, account balance, bonus calculation, or any other aspect of your ak10 account, you must notify ak10 customer support in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days of the disputed event. ak10 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, ak10 reserves the right to refer the matter to an independent arbitration process. Decisions made following that process will be final and binding on both parties.

1.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be construed in a manner most closely reflecting the original intent of the parties.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age

The ak10 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to allow minors to participate in gambling activities. ak10 takes its responsibility in this area seriously and actively enforces age-verification procedures at registration and withdrawal. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and all deposits will be returned to the original payment method used, minus any bonuses claimed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

ak10 is operated for and primarily marketed toward players located in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ak10 complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. ak10 makes no representations that the use of this platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Players who access ak10 from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their applicable local laws.

2.3 Mental Capacity and Voluntary Participation

By registering, you confirm that you are not suffering from any condition that impairs your capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement, and that you are participating in gambling activities voluntarily and with full awareness of the financial risk involved. ak10 strongly recommends that all players review our Responsible Gaming page before depositing any funds.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money betting and casino features on ak10, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and an email address. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active player account on ak10. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, ak10 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bets or casino rounds, forfeit bonus balances, and retain winnings derived from duplicate account activity pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ak10 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. ak10 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by a third party to whom you have knowingly or unknowingly disclosed your credentials — is your sole responsibility. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ak10 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible platform management standards. You may be required to submit identity documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon request by the ak10 compliance team. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladesh National ID card (NID), a valid passport, or a driving licence. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by ak10 may result in withdrawal access being suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ak10 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied to player deposits or withdrawals. ak10 does not accept payments from third-party accounts — deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the ak10 player account.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to the player's ak10 wallet within seconds of confirmation. Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to five (5) minutes to reflect depending on the card issuer's processing time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for mobile banking methods and ৳500 for card payments. ak10 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ak10 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are available to all fully KYC-verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are targeted for processing within 30 minutes for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal operating hours. Card withdrawals may take two (2) to five (5) business days depending on the card-issuing bank. ak10 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated bonus winnings being forfeited. Only the original cash deposit amount is eligible for withdrawal prior to completion of wagering requirements, subject to any applicable terms of the specific promotion received.

4.5 Anti-Money-Laundering Obligations

ak10 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. All withdrawal requests are subject to routine anti-money-laundering checks. ak10 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds involved are proceeds of unlawful activity. Players are required to cooperate fully with any investigation, including providing documentation of the source of deposited funds if requested.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ak10 offers a welcome bonus of up to ৳30,000 to newly registered players who make a qualifying first deposit. The exact bonus percentage, minimum qualifying deposit amount, and wagering requirements applicable to the welcome bonus are set out on the promotions page of ak10.app and may be updated from time to time. By opting in to the welcome bonus, you agree to be bound by all terms specific to that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by ak10 are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one player per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the promotion period.
• ak10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions already accepted by a player prior to modification will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonus funds are not transferable between player accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash without completing the applicable wagering requirements.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be credited to the game specified in the promotion details. Free spin winnings are typically subject to a wagering requirement — the precise multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• ak10 reserves the right to decline or withdraw any bonus offer if it has reason to believe the Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting low-edge games to fulfil wagering requirements artificially.

5.3 VIP Programme

ak10 operates a multi-tier VIP loyalty programme. Tier progression, rewards, and benefit structures within the VIP programme are governed by the VIP Programme Terms published separately on ak10.app. ak10 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, reward values, and programme structure at any time. Membership of the VIP programme does not guarantee any minimum level of bonus value or rewards.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on ak10 are governed by the ak10 Sportsbook Rules, published in full on the platform. Key principles include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. ak10 reserves the right to suspend markets or decline bets at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a market error (manifest error in odds), ak10 reserves the right to void the affected bets. Players will be refunded their stake in full in such cases.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to technical availability of the live data feed. Where a live data feed is interrupted, markets may be suspended and unmatched bets returned to the player's wallet.
• BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series markets are governed by the specific competition rules relevant to each tournament. Rule 4 deductions and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments will be applied where applicable in cricket betting.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on ak10 are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology provided by our licensed game studio partners (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). The rules specific to each game are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with individual game rules before playing for real money. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the game server result, the server result shall be definitive.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

ak10 is not liable for interruptions to gameplay caused by factors outside its control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, device malfunctions, or power outages on the player's side. Where a game round is interrupted mid-play due to a technical issue on the ak10 server, the round outcome will be determined by the game server log and settled accordingly. 7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

7.1 Player Responsibilities

As an ak10 player, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You accept full financial responsibility for all bets and deposits made through your account. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that ak10 does not guarantee any return on funds wagered.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ak10 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise exploit the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker or peer-to-peer game formats.
• Participating in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing or any other corruption of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit the ak10 platform at the expense of the operator, including systematic back-lay arbitrage across multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in bad faith — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or wagering only on games specifically excluded or restricted from contribution under bonus terms.
• Submitting fraudulent, forged, or altered identification documents during the KYC process.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or using the ak10 platform to launder money.
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the ak10 platform or its infrastructure.

7.3 Accurate Information

You agree to maintain accurate, current, and complete information on your ak10 account at all times. If your name, address, mobile number, email address, or payment method details change, you must update your account information promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay withdrawal processing and may result in account suspension pending re-verification.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your ak10 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before processing an account closure, ak10 will settle any open bets and facilitate withdrawal of the remaining cash balance to the payment method of your choice, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by ak10

ak10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as communicated in the relevant notice to the account holder.
• Player self-exclusion request, whether submitted voluntarily or following a welfare intervention by the ak10 responsible gaming team.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period directly from account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of six (6) months up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is locked from all real-money gambling activity and all promotional communications are suspended. Reactivation after a self-exclusion period requires written request and a mandatory cooling-off period review by the ak10 responsible gaming team.
